How long will Deshaun Watson be in Houston

For those of you that have been living under a rock, you may not know that Deshaun Watson has demanded a trade to get out of Houston. The front office of the Texans has responded by saying "NOPE". This article will be discussing the future of Watson as well as scenarios for if he is or isn't traded.

Watson is prepared to hold out and throw away up to $20.2 million if he sits out the 2021 season. He doesn't want to be in Houston after GM Bill O'Brien -- also known as "The WOAT" -- traded away the best receiver in the league for basically 4 rolls of toilet paper, a piece of Swiss cheese and a running back who gets injured more often than Derek Rose. But at least Rose is still playing well. Anyway the Texans really don't want to trade Watson but they may not have a choice. If Watson holds out then the Texans can't get anything good in return in a trade. So let's go through the most likely scenarios if he is or isn't traded.

If Watson is traded

The Texans could trade Watson and get a lot of picks. Then everyone will be happy. The Texans get the draft capital and Watson leaves Houston. The fans get a terrible team to root for, but who knows how many fans will be allowed at games anyway?

How many picks? They could get two first round picks this year and one next year, or one this year and two next year. A smart team could get more, maybe a team's entire draft class plus other picks, but there are no signs that the Texans are a smart team so who knows?

What about players? The only players I believe the Texans would want are young players. But a true Texans move would be trading Watson for Kyle Allen, two firsts, a second, and a third round pick. Washington could have included Alex Smith, but he would just retire immediately. He's already survived one life threatening injury, no need to try and survive another. So Washington cut him as a favor instead.

I can't really say what team he will go too because the rumors are endless. My prediction is Miami because they could throw in Tua and the first round picks for Watson. Do you agree? Write me if you disagree

If Watson isn't traded

The Texans may instead be stubborn and refuse to trade Watson. If he holds out for the season, the Texans will go 0-16. Watson has no incentive besides pay to stay in Houston. This teams key players are Will "suspended" Fuller, Branden "Concussion" Cooks, Laremy "Overpaid" Tunsil and finally David " Worst Trade Ever" Johnson. WHO WOULD EVER WANT TO PLAY FOR THAT TEAM?

Breaking news

For the first time on this blog we have received some breaking news. J.J Watt has signed with the Cardinals... WAIT WHAT.

Since when were the Cardinals in contention for Watt? Well, the team may just be OK, but they have very nice weather and good golf. Sorry Bills but your hot wings weren't enough to entice him to come to Buffalo. Anyway I feel like the only reason he went there was to be with Deandre Hopkins.

Wait now that I have just seen the official contract details I think there is another reason... a two year contract with $20 MILLION GUARANTEED. The total payout could be $31 million. Cardinals I'm not gonna lie -- you overpaid him. How many people thought he was going to make that much money? Now put your hands down if you are Arizona fans -- just be happy he signed with you. Anyway this is a huge risk for the Cardinals because of Watt's injuries. Watt is 31 so he isn't the same player that he was but this team now adds another face to the defense. So Watt will now be in Arizona where all the past-their-prime players go to retire.

For those of you wondering about last week... well Watt signed and so I thought that this article should include Watt and Watson. Besides you can't get Watson without a Watt. See you next time.
